I have reinstalled W98SE and IE55SP2/OE on the host PC. I have reinstalled IE55SP2/OE on the client pcs. I have put the full mail server names into OE, I have even tried using the IP addresses. Still I can only send small emails out. I can receive everything though... Please help! What the solution was to simply change my Network card. I'm on high speed internet and not sure if you are or not.
