I have a question about Windows Installer Appears Every Time I Start an Application:

I have this problem with Word 2000 in W98 everytime I run it. The additional delay is annoying. W2000 started to reinstall every time it was it was turned on after I reinstalled it after it developed a glitch. Except for the appearance of the reinstaller, it works fine. Any ideas? ...art
