Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me get back my NAV AUTO-PROTECT which won't install on start up since I was stricken by the Klez.com virus? This is a Windows auto protect agent and means I can't get logging and network alerting at the moment.

You have to go to the Symantec.com site, get the klez fix, removal tool. Uninstall norton from your computer, restart the computer in safe mode then run the fix. Then restart the ...puter re-install Norton.
