I have a question about Certain
Control Panel icons are missing after upgrading to Windows XP:
I have a similar problem on my WINDOWS 98 SE computer. The SYSTEM folder has gone
missing in the control panel. That means I don't have access to
Performance, Device Manager etc.
Any help will be appreciated.

as a side note, if your keyboard doesn't have a windows key you can right-click on
my computer on the desktop and hit properties.
