I have a question about Prevent New Users From Logging In:

I am using Windows 98. Everytime I start up my computer and the desktop screen comes on, another screen appears (in a box in the middle of the screen) that asks for my password and user name. Is there any way to delete that "User" box from coming on everytime I turn on my computer?
