I purchased Incredimail Gold Package 2 months ago. I have been happy until recently.
My Gold package is supposed to be for a year term. Out of the blue it keeps telling
me all the extras I am supposed to get with this package can not be used, saying
I must purchase the package.
I have sent email after email and get no respone. I have my registration code given
to me at the time of purchase, but the only time you can enter that seems to be at
the moment of purchase.
I think I got ripped off. I am so #&*%$! ticked.
No one has a number for these scam artists, huh?

Hi: I purchased the IncrediBundle yesterday for $65. Canadian & cannot download from
the gold gallery. I have emailed them 5 different times & cannot get any satisfied
response. They say it is guaranteed for 14 days. Do you know how I can cancel this
order? Katherine

I also had a similar problem. I have had pretty good luck after I learned to use
VIP Support. You probably have already found the answer to your problem, but just
in case you haven't here is what they instructed me to do. Go to Help, in the drop
down menu and scroll down to "Enter Registration Code". If you have purchased more
than one program you will have to do this for each one of them.
