To stop programs from runnung every time you start Windows, just click start, run and type msconfig, then click the startup tab. Uncheck any programs that you do not want to start up.

To stop a program at start up 1st make sure its not in start/programs/startup 2nd go to start/run then type msconfig in the box then coose startup tab and deselect the program you wish to stop
