You can't, as Windows doesn't understand filesystems not used by Microsoft products.
You can however, see Windows volumes from Linux.

i can't tell you how to do it but maybe i can point you in the right direction.
install SAMBA on the linux machine.
for more help, check out this search in Google:
linux shares 'network neighborhood'

Install the samba server on your linux box.
Then you will see it in the network neighbourhood just as any other (windows)machine
