I have a question about Change
the icon for Internet Shortcuts: Hello,
Today I used this registry fix to restore the ability to change the default internet
shortcut icon via folder options. Generally I'm happy but I would have prefered to
still be able to customize the odd especially significant internet shortcut icon
indiviually.
This was possible before, eventhough, (I think because of the IE6-sp1 pack i installed
recently), it had become impossible to change the default one.
can you give me a fix that will let me keep the ability to change the icon generally
though folder options but will also still allow me to change an individual icon via
rightclick>properties?

Creat a shortcut to IE from the IE folder, then you can change the icon as per normal
