This is the crash messsage: "Serious exception OE in Q187: BFF9DFFF the application is going to close"

That doesn't tell us anything. You need to post more details on your problem...and 
the exact error message (without all the registry numbers), if you want help! 

You haven't even said which program or anything. We aren't psychic here....
