Question about 'Display an index all the files on your system'

I have a question about Display
an index all the files on your system:
Your link to the Copy to Clipboard as Filename links to the Windows 95 Powertoys
page, which says specifically that they should not be used for Windows 98. Where
else can I get a version of that utility that will run on Windows 98?

Not all of them.Bobstur was the expert on this subject
- he had even adapted a couple of the troublesome ones so they would run on 98. But
unfortunately he doesn't seem to visit here any more.
