Generally All The mentioned Errors Are Caused By Not Enough Memory .Make Sure Your
System Has At least 128 Megs Of Ram. Dbl Check Your graphics card And It's Drivers

If you haven't (updated drivers or not), run DXDIAG for it's diagnostic report on
the video.
