Question about 'Add and Remove items from the ''Send To'' menu'

I have a question about Add
and Remove items from the "Send To" menu:
I am using turbo browser as a replacement for explorer and send to link offers only
one choice "send to" which doesn't appear to send anything anywhere. any ideas why?
