I went in and did the disk cleanup, the scan disk and tried to do the defraging. It kept hanging up and I was getting the system is busy or unstable. I am no in the process of trying to defrag the system save drive part. It has not been defragged in over a year. The computer is my friends and he just doesn't understand the maintanence aspect of it. I set up the maintance wizard, also. Please help if you can!
