Check in Add/Remove programs under the Windows Setup tab - Communications - click Details. If you have Microsoft Network, Microsoft Fax and Microsoft Exchange checked, uncheck them and apply to uninstall them. Windows Messaging? Then reboot. Just a thought, but I may be all wrong.
