How Do I Reboot? Because I Am Having similar problems Uninstalling Windows 98 Also I Cant seem To uninstall it for some reason.. please help me im lost... and i dont5 want to destroy my comp....

Please post what you are trying to do or your problem. You can't uninstall Windows, that's your operating system. No Windows=no computer.

If you're trying to start over with a fresh install (losing everything): PC-911 
Fresh Install 

These instructions are complete, be sure to read through the pre-check list!
