Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

The strangest thing is happening on my computer. I'm using Windows 98. I would like jpg images to open in Internet Explorer, but Adobe Photoshop seems to have colonized the jpg extension. Here's what's strange, though: I go to a folder, click "View--Folder Options" and go to "File Types." But there is NO listing for a photoshop jpeg image. I've tried remove all associations from jpeg images ,and then starting over--creating a new file type with a .jpg extension, and trying to associate it with IE. But when I do that, I get an alert saying that the .jpg extension is already attached to Photoshop--JPEG image. But how can i edit THAT listing when it's not even among the list of file types?!!! Help! thanks.

Have you tried holding down the shift key and right clicking on any jpeg image and selecting Open With in the context menu, selecting iexplore and ticking the box "Always use this program to open files of this type," and click OK. Cheers
