I hate this, please help me get rid of it..THE VIRTUAL BOUNCER IS A PARASITE AND
keeps HACKING A CUSTOMER..can't take NO for an answer

Vanessa,
Download and run SpyBot Search & Destroy. It'll get rid of it.
SpyBot S&D
After installing it, restart your computer. It creates two different shortcuts, Advanced
and Quick or Easy. Then start it in Advanced mode in order to go online and download
the updates. Sign on to the net, then click the Online tab. Then click "search for"
and download all updates. Sign off, then start it in Quick mode and run the scan.
Then click 'Check All', and fix everything SpybotSD labels in red.
Note: When you run it in Quick mode, it only targets spybots. You can try the other
features later.
