If not I am not sure if this is the same but I have this disabled. Start/Run, type in "services.msc" without the quotes, hit enter. About 15 or so items down there is an entry named "error reporting service". Double click it and choose disable, and then click apply. You may have to reboot your machine. Hope this helps. In services there are a bunch of items that can be disabled or put on manual that are not needed.
