Open Tools/Options/Security Tab, then uncheck the box that says 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. You should be running an anti-virus program and keep it updated before doing this! Even though you know the sender, this is how virus' are spread. I presume your referring to the Security Tab under the Tools option in the Outlook (Email) program? When I go to Tools/Option/Security Tab, there is no option to unclick 'do not allow attachments to be saved....etc etc..'. Under my Security Tab there are only 2 options. Entitled 'Security Zone' and 'Secure Mail'. Neither option seems to relate to what your advicing. I Appreciate your help, but don't worry - its such a little issue - I can live with it ! P.
