I have a question about Turn Off the Documents Menu:

Is it possible to control the number of documents listed in Start Menu>Documents. I'd like to limit it to 4 or 5.

With any windows, you cannot control what goes into recent documents and how many go in there, however you can disable it all together if you hate it that much.
