When I am going on the internet, My opening sequence stalls----So I press C/A/D and I get a message: "our 'my details' are not responding" So, I click on END TASK. Why am I getting this and how can I correct it??

This is round two Harold. Maybe we can figure out what the problem is this time. 
If this is the error you receive below, click it and read the article. Otherwise, 
post the exact error again.......

As near as I can remember, the message that shows when I press CAD, is "my details ---not responding" Harold

Lets see if I have this correct Harold? You start Internet Explorer and "My opening 
sequence stalls". This must mean that IE quits responding, or freezes. You press 
CAD and the message reads, "your details are not responding".

Try repairing Internet Explorer........ 

Select Start/Run, type MSINFO32 in the 'Open' box and press enter. From the 
'TOOLS' menu select 'Internet Explorer Repair Tool'. Then from the next menu select 
the repair option.
