Question about 'Replace the Ugly Startup and Shutdown Screens'

I used to have a nifty little utility called 'TweakAll', which allowed simple 1-click
replacement of the start & shut down screens AND the desktop background pictures
at start and shutdown. This was a bit of freeware by 'Abton's Shed' , and it worked
on W95, W95OSR2, W98, W98SE. Unfortunately I lost it after a reformat. I could not
find it on the web, finding instead a (by comparison with the neat-and-simple Abton's)
a 'TweakAll version3 which is by another author altogether, and its not nearly so
good. Anyone out there remember Abton's TweakAll ?
