I'm listening to a radio station on the internet using windows media player(WMP)and keep getting these annoying interuptions where the station goes quiet for about 10 seconds every 10 seconds.I have tried buffering the player with different values between 1-30,which is the maximum WMP in windows 98 can take and I've now set it to use default setting but the interuptions continue albeit at differing times as I change the buffer.Pse help.Thx Bernie.

What do you mean? Are you on dial-up, ISDN, DSL, cable, satellite, etc?

DSL and I've also tried on a LAN which has a T1 as a backbone and the result is the same.
