My only other suggestions: How big is the AVI? There are usually maximum files sizes allowed. You might check to see if that is too big. Do you have any other email? Such as Yahoo for instance. Try sending it from there to see if it is possible. Start looking at some program preventing it from going. Anti-virus, firewall, pop-up blocker are a few that come to mind. Turn those off and see if it makes any difference. Do you have a problem with any other larger attachments? You might try converting the AVI to another format - there is freeware available.
