Go to your Start button, select Settings, Control Panel. Open "Add/Remove" programs,
then highlight each item and click on "uninstall". Do this for each item you found
during the scan as none are needed for your Operating System to function properly.

You have Spyware on your machine. Download Spybot and Adaware update them and run
them. After that install the 3 other programs listed. They will stop 99% of crap
from getting on your computer. These are all free.

Although the above responses are exactly what you should do,just be sure the spyware
is not connected to some piece of software you just installed(although the long list
you provided would for me negate any benifits you would get from said software)because
alot of shareware and even "freeware" is ad supported and if you remove the crap
the software in all likelyhood will no longer function.Personally,I'd get rid of
any software that forces you to install loads of buggy spyware.
