Open "Add/Remove" programs, then highlight each item and click on "uninstall". Do this for each item you found during the scan as none are needed for your Operating System to function properly. Download Spybot and Adaware update them and run them. After that install the 3 other programs listed. They will stop 99% of crap from getting on your computer.
