it's showing up on my taskbar now BUT i haven't done ANYTHING!!!! i have a dell
puter, i haven't downloaded anything! help!

From what I've read about this problem, all that's necessary is to uninstall it from
within 'Add/Remove Programs' in Control Panel. If not, is it listed in the Startups
of MSCONFIG?
