Download MSINET.ocx and copy it into the \windows\system32 directory.
Then, open the run dialog box using "Start > Run..."
and enter "Regsvr32 MSINET.ocx" to register the DLL

please could someone help me, i also keep getting the error message and the download
link doesnt work, i have windows xp

despite copying and pasting it. it still shows file 404 when i click on the above
