I get a file not found message on start-up, saying MSINET.OCX is missing. What can I do to fix it?

I get a file not found message on start-up, saying MSINET.OCX is missing. What can I do to fix it?

I have a question. On start-up, I get a message box, saying MSINET.OCX, 'File
not found'. My computer still works and runs all of my programs. It is just annoying
and I don't know how to fix it or get rid of it.
I am running windows 98. Could you please help?

Download MSINET.ocx and copy it into the \windows\system32 directory.
Then, open the run dialog box using "Start > Run..."
and enter "Regsvr32 MSINET.ocx" to register the DLL

please could someone help me, i also keep getting the error message and the download
link doesnt work, i have windows xp
