Hi Army; There is one thing to remember when you delete any thing using the add remove menu. When you remove you are deleting all (or almost all) the programs and registry items under the item you delete. Re: There is no restore from this action. That said you may have some items on your system you don't want so be sure you identify what they are before removing them. Use the key words from a item and search your files to see if you can get a match. You can also check on Google.com to get information. You can also run SpyBot , virus, & other checks for unwanted programs. Take your time and dig deep before deleting. If you have any doubts ask again. Bob G

That IE searchbar/toolbar sounds suspicious but like Bob said leave things alone,
until you find out for sure. Running SpybotSD would identify and remove most all
spyware apps and junk. IE Q824145 is a security update for IE.

Spybot Search & Destroy: SpybotSD
Close all running programs, install then reboot. Start it and go online and press
'search for updates' tab. Download all updates that aren't optional. Close all browser
windows, then start it in Easy mode and run the scan. Then click 'Check All', and
fix everything SpybotSD labels in red. Restart your computer.

Broadjump Client Foundation and Broadjump Correct connect engine are part of the SBC software for dsl. If you no longer use them, you can remove it from add/remove programs. You have to remove the SBC connection manager first, then I think correct connect engine then the client foundatation otherwise it will give you and error. Otherwise the rest of that does sound like spyware, but as the other people suggested run Spybot. Or if you have win xp create a restore point then remove it from add/remove.
