After I sent How To Uninstall Smiley Central I realized I forgot to mention that
after you uninstall it, be sure to re-boot your pc in order for the uninstalling
proceedure to work. Sorry! Hope this will get read for those who need to know how
to do it.

Can't seem to find the procedure anywhere? As I too have 'Smiley' annoyances (as
has a friend) we'd appreciate guidelines!
