See if you can run it, this may help. Is there anything you're aware of that occurred prior to this problem? Listing the exact errors and when they occur is also important. There has been a rash of systems with Rundll32 file problems lately. Most of them were caused by CoolWebSearch variants. Although your problem sounds more like a Virus, try replacing the file below. Then give us the information requested above. Download this copy of RUNDLL32.EXE. (Win98 & Win98 SE) Go to the location you downloaded the file, right-click it and select COPY. Next select Start/Run, type C:\WINDOWS in the 'Open' box and press enter. Now right-click in the Windows folder that opened and select PASTE. If prompted to overwrite the file, answer 'Y'....YES.
