How to clear the Documents menu selectively

The things in the Document menu are shortcuts in a folder named Recent.
Look for that folder with Find, and create a shortcut in the Start menu.
From there it will open as a folder and you can easily remove only the shortcuts
you want to get rid of.

You can selectively delete them straight from the start menu, r/click delete!
