I am having explorer error which pop-up "Explorer Illegal Operation" then another pop-up says" Explorer Internal Error, close all programe and restart computer" when surfing the net. and sometime "Rundll32 Illegal Operation". Having problem upating windows too!! I have tried running "MSINFO32" to repair IE as some suggested in this web but I can't find "repair IE". Also IE was not found under "Control Panel/Add&Remove Software..

The reason the repair option isn't available, could be related to an early version
of IE installed. If you would, select HELP on the Internet Explorer toolbar and then
click ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER. If you post the version listed in the window that
appears, it will give us a better idea of what to suggest.

Any Rundll32 errors can be associated with a Virus or Spyware. If you haven't checked
the system for this possibility, try the free cleaning utilities below.

Very Important: Be sure to use the update options within both of the above
programs before checking the system.

Download the "CoolWebShredder" but it prompt "MSVBM60.DLL" not found while trying to install it. I am using IE 5. Perviously I am having "IE Error" pop-up message with "send " or "didn't send" option (saw some others having the same problem too from this web) so I re-format my PC and now I face these problems.

If you update the run-time files per the below article, the CWSredder will then run.

    FILE: VBRun60sp5.exe Installs Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 Run-Time Files

    VBRun60sp5.exe

Your system also has the original OS version of Internet Explorer installed. It would
be a good idea to update it, the Windows Update site will work.

Thxs for your software so far I had tried what you have suggested. After running the spybot, so files were under the "Recovery" and I think it cannot be fixed.. SO what should I do with those files? I have install anti-vires software and have problem updating it. Have problem with Windows Update too. I encounter error 0x80072f05..
