Go here. http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/cwschronicles.html#cwshredder Download
and install the CWSHREDDER WORKS GREAT !!!! In the past few months i've had 3
different browser hijackers and it's gotten rid of them all. Small program, simple
to operate, does the job, and it's FREE!!!! NO spyware or other crap.

That "icanfindit.net" is one of the identified CoolWebSearch hijack pages. Follow
the advice of "Little Furnace's" post and get the CWS Shredder tool, update it and
run it. Close all browser programs first, run the tool. Delete all your temporary
internet files including offline content, reboot, and run the tool again. Hopefully
that will remove it. Good luck !!

try running your anti virus programm and do a scan it sounds as if you have a trojan
this will remove it also use search and destroy as this detects ad-aware/spyware
in the registry ad-aware does'nt.
and if trojan founs goto www.symantec.com click search type the trojan name and follow
the instructions as anti-virus can not remove files added to the registry but it
will tell u what to look for and delete
to get to the registry click start click run type regedit then follow the instructions
from symantec any problems e-mail me i will see if i can help.
