Cannot help without at least a little of information...
What type of programs are loading when your system boot's up? And are you running
a dual boot system?
Is your BIOS starting SLOW?
Do you use Office?...

I disabled all programs in start up.
I've scaned for virues.
Scaned for errors.
Help
