That error message is hard to pinpoint. Hopefully someone will.
In the meantime, suggest seeing Carol's reply here
10945000365-click here about the compacting & repairing the Registry. Then try
going into Safe Mode and run the System tools. Start-run- type msinfo32- click tools.
