Restart, means just that. Start - Shutdown - choose restart. That's not a permanent
solution, though. If your system's continually running low on resources, trim down
your startups. Remove unnecessary applications from starting when Windows loads.
Most programs can be started as needed.
To do so, first check in the Options/preferences of the programs. Open each and go
through the settings. Check whether there's a choice to turn off the "tray" or "run
at startup". Make the selection you want. The settings in the programs will override,
what's selected in msconfig.
Some applications don't give you an option. Those you can uncheck in msconfig under
