I need to find out how to count the number of words in a post, like this one, I can copy & paste it to word, or where ever, but then what ? I also have a list I would like to alphabetize, any idea how to do that ? I'm using Win98 2E Any help is greatly appreciated

Word count:
When you have pasted it into Word . . . File Properties and the Statistics Tab -
gives you a word count.

Alphabetise:
Paste your list into Word. Highlight the list then Table Convert TextToTable gives
you the list in a table. Then Table Sort and choose the options you want

You can just paste the list into Word and then look at Tools/Word Count... You can alphabetise the list by selecting it and then clicking Table/Sort... - no need to convert it into a table. JC.
