I don't recognise this as a windows file & a google search brought up nothing significant,
what is telling you you need this file?

Not good enough Sarah. You will have to get the
exact filename(s). You will also need to know where it
goes. There are a few locations. Part of DirectX.
Why don't you just get DirectX from Microsoft. Then
you will be sure.
I show these 3 files:
MSPCLOCK.SYS
MSPCLOCK.98
MSPCLOCK.SE

So many Microsoft files start "ms" rather than "mp" - so
I took a guess and got lucky (I think).
