Windows 98 isn't a secure OS.
You can put a password on the BIOS. This will prevent Windows from loading until
the correct password is entered. Just don't forget the password. (It can be reset
if needed)
To do this, press either the F1, F2, or Delete key while the PC boots up. These are
the most common keys used to enter the BIOS. (Your screen may say Press "xx" to enter
setup. Press whatever key "xx" is)
Once in, carefully browse to the password protect part of the BIOS and enter your
password. Save and exit.
Make sure you don't make any other changes because if you make a wrong change your
PC may not boot back up.
