Internect Connection Between an XP and 98

For windows 98, I am having trouble connecting to the Internect with sharing a modem
between my new computer which is an XP and the old one which is a 98. How can I be
able to connect to the Internet if the only thing I see on the 98 is Dial-up options?
Can't I use a modem and share the networks and Internet service? Can anyone help
me in and give me suggestions on how to solve this?

Thank you

It would be greatly appreciated if New Posters expended the energy to, at least,
make an attempt to find answers to questions that have been asked and answered many,
many times. I've posted this same info no less than three times in the last week.

So, one more time, go here;
