I have a question about Windows
keeps forgetting simple settings, such as screen colors!:
Ok, my computer was formerly owned by a Real Estate agency, and I've had it about
a year. It worked fine when I got it, but some time ago, the screen colors went downhill.
I don't have access to my Control Panel, because it tells me it can only be accessed
by the Administrator. What can I do?!

Hi,
try right click anywhere on the desktop and go to the settings tap, colour and other
setting are found here.

It would have been nice to have seen the real problem on the Subject line.
"Administrator" is not a something you typically see on Windows 98.
Are you running Windows 98?
If not, say so here then go to the proper forum.
