When I run the resume wizard in Microsoft Office 2000, a box pops up that says "Microsoft Visual Basic" , File not found. Please help me

Hi,
Am a bit rusty on modern visual basic but the old visual basic used to need a runtime 
library, I think called 'Vbrun300.dll' .  Does the error message give any details 
as to specifically which file it can't find?
