I have a question about Go
Directly to Device Manager:
In your keyboard press and hold the key with the windows(r) logo and press the key
"Pause/ Break" , this one can be found at the side of "scroll lock" key
and there u are directly to device manager I think it works for all Win OSes, not
sure though

That takes you to System Properties, still a click or two away depending on the OS.
