Why wouldn't you contact them for help anyway? You don't have to install drivers for a DSL modem, but you need to have an Ethernet card installed. When I see "IP" used, it is in the context of "Internet Protocol" (TCP/IP) or "Intellectual Property" (copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets).
