Actually, "Contact Us" connects to Thunderbird on my computer because that's what
I installed. If not, I'd be using the default Outlook Express. Anyway "mailto:"
buttons (that's what's hidden under Contact Us. Look at your status bar and you'll
see.)
Apparently you haven't set up your email client. The incoming and outgoing servers
are almost always the same. Typically they are the same as your ISP's name with
"mail." instead of "www.". Your incoming is probably POP3 (don't bother asking what
that means) and your outgoing is SMTP. The incoming port is probably 110 and the
outgoing port is probably 25.
These are the generic settings, given for informational purposes only. You will
have to contact your ISP's support department for the correct information. Quite
often an ISP will have a tiny program to download that will put the settings into
Outlook Express for you.
