Your NTDLL.DLL file has a function called RtlCopySid which calls and/or needs powrprof.dll and/or userenv.dll files. Only MY NTDLL.DLL for Windows98 don't have that function in it so you must have a NTDLL.DLL file for XP or other Windows somehow. Which will solve your problem once you get the proper NTDLL.DLL back into your Window\System folder.

Type SFC into the Run Box and select to 'extract one file from installation disk'. Then type NTDLL.DLL into the browse box and click Start and then OK - you are done. You will need your Windows98 installation CD.

Use Dependency Walker to look up the various functions in your files on your own and at any time.
