I've read that not only the Temporaty Internet file has to be cleaned, but also the Java Cache. I found the Java Cache, but I don't know if I can delete those files. Any response will be appreciated. Marina.

There's lots of junk that could be wiped. There's even a tool to make it easy.

Well Marina apart from cleaning out the Temporary Internet files a very handy tool
to download is CCleaner
1.41.544

Its made using Visual Basic so if you don't have the VB6 RunTime Files on you computer,
most Win98 users don't. Then you can download them Visual
Basic 6.0: Run-Time

Apart from removing the Temporary Internet files and Cookies it can do a lot of cleaning
thats why its called CCleaner, Crap Cleaner and its free. I would recommend it for
any Windows user.

There is a http://www.ccleaner.com but I would
download CCleaner 1.41.544 rather than the new Beta version which I haven't tried
yet.

The Java cache wouldn't have a Delete Files button if it was bad.
