Two user accounts, but I auto log in to one

I created two user accounts for me and my mom.
However, when windows 98 restarts, it auto logs back in to mine; not cool!
Using TweakUI, I turned off the auto login and turned on the clear last user at log
on.
But I'm still being auto logged in to mine.
Help wanted, even if it means editing my registry, seriously!

You have been hornswoggled into believing that Micros~1
produces operating systems with meaningful security models
--e.g. that W98 has some semblance of security (or privileges) out of the box.[1]

[1] Unix has had this since its inception in 1969
as has Linux since its birth in 1991.
