Once a week on Sundays the Windows 98 pc boots up all by it'self with an alarm coming from the mother board. My first thought is that its a bad battery. Any suggestions from anyone would be nice.

Go into your CMOS Settings.
DISABLE anything that does not relate to the way YOU use this computer.
